Ruebens in Slow Cooker
Surprisingly good and very easy. Try it it with our Homemade Thousand Island Dressing
20 minutes prep, 2-3 hour cooking,   8-10 servings

1 lb. Corned beef, shaved and chopped
1 lb. Sauerkraut, well drained
1 ½ lbs. Swiss cheese, cubed
12 oz. Thousand island dressing (try our home made recipe here: Thousand Island Dressing)
2 loaves Rye or pumpernickel bread
pinch Caraway seed
1.  Mix all ingredients except bread in slow cooker.
2.  Set the crock pot to low heat and cover.
3.  Cook until cheese is melted, about 2-3 hours.
4.  Serve the mixture on bread (2 loaves rye or pumpernickel bread).
