Tiramisu
Tiramisu can be assembled as fancy or simple as you'd like it. These are the basic ingredients and steps.

Ingredients
8 oz Mascarpone cheese
2 Eggs (separated)
2 ½ Tbsp Sugar
½ cup Heavy cream
1-2 cups Coffee (for dipping ladyfingers in)
12 Ladyfinger biscuits (Simple recipe here: Homemade Ladyfingers)
¼ cup Mini chocolate chips
dash Cocoa powder for dusting
Supplies
1.  7x11 glass baking dish, or roughly equivilant size in any shape, or individual glasses or ramekins.
Preparation
1.  Set up 4 bowls.
2.  In bowl 1, combine mascarpone cheese, 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
3.  Mix the contents of bowl 1 for 3 minutes on high speed.
4.  In bowl 2, add egg whites and remaining 1/2 tbsp sugar.
5.  Mix the ingredients of bowl 2 for one minute on high speed.
6.  In bowl 3, add the heavy cream
7.  Whip the heavy cream.

9.  Combine the mixtures from bowl 1, bowl 2, and bowl 3 into the largest of the 3 bowls.
10.  Use a spatula to very gently fold the mixture together, until combined.
11.  Quickly dip a lady finger biscuit in the coffee, just enough to get it wet but not falling apart.
12.  Line the bottom of the dish with the coffee-dipped lady fingers.
13.  Cover the biscuits with the cream mixture.
14.  Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top to taste.
15.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
16.  Dust the top with cocoa powder to taste just before serving.
Notes
1.  You can also prepare this in glasses, with 2 layers of lady fingers and filling.
2.  Adjust the number of layers based on your serving container. Get creative!
