Korean Bowl
Good with any variety of ground meat.

Ingredients
1 lbGround beef, pork, turkey, or chicken
3Garlic cloves, minced
1Onion, chopped
1 cupBroccoli, finely chopped
1 cupFresh Spinach, chopped
2 TbspBrown sugar
⅓ cupSoy sauce
2 tspSesame oil
1 tspFresh ginger, finely chopped
pinchChili pepper flakes
to tasteBlack pepper
to tasteSesame seeds for garnish
¼ cupChopped peanuts for garnish
1 or 2Green onions, chopped, for garnish
2-3 cupsBrown or white rice, cooked
Preparation
1.  Cook rice.
2.  In a large sauté pan , cook the ground meat (1 lb), onion (1, chopped), garlic (3, minced), broccoli (1 cup), and spinach (1 cup) until the meat is lightly browned and no longer raw.
3.  Break the ingredients into small pieces while cooking.
4.  In a separate bowl , stir together the brown sugar (2 Tbsp), soy sauce (⅓ cup), sesame oil (2 tsp), ginger (1 tsp), chili pepper flakes (pinch), and black pepper (pinch).
5.  Stir the mixed sauce into the browned meat and vegetables and let it simmer.
6.  Cook until the sauce thickens.
7.  Scoop cooked rice (2-3 cups) into each serving bowl and top with the cooked mixture.
8.  Garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts, and green onions.
