2 cups | Salted whole cashews |
1 cup | Pistachios (shelled) |
⅓ cup | Melted butter |
1 Tbsp | Fresh thyme, finely chopped |
1 Tbsp | Fresh rosemary, finely chopped |
1 tsp | Salt |
½ tsp | Rubbed sage (dry) |
½ cup | OPTIONAL: Dried cranberries |
½ tsp | Red (cayenne) pepper |
1. Combine all ingredients (except optional dried cranberries) and stir well to coat |
2. Spread on shallow baking sheet (again, except dried cranberries) |
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. |
4. Cool |
5. Optional: Add 1/2 cup of dried cranberries |
