Kelly's Nuts
Try this healthier alternative to Chex Mix. Recipe from my friend Kelly.
1 hour,  5 cups - about 20 servings

Ingredients
2 cupsPecan halves
2 cupsSalted whole cashews
1 cupPistachios (shelled)
⅓ cupMelted butter
1 TbspFresh thyme, finely chopped
1 TbspFresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tspSalt
½ tspRubbed sage (dry)
½ tspRed (cayenne) pepper
½ cupOPTIONAL: Dried cranberries
Preparation
1.  Combine all ingredients (except optional dried cranberries) and stir well to coat.
2.  Spread the mixture on a shallow baking sheet.
3.  Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes to ensure even baking .
4.  Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
5.  Optional: Add dried cranberries (½ cup) after cooling.
