Kelly's Nuts
Try this healthier alternative to Chex Mix. Recipe from my friend Kelly.
1 hour,   5 cups - about 20 servings

Ingredients
2 cups Pecan halves
2 cups Salted whole cashews
1 cup Pistachios (shelled)
⅓ cup Melted butter
1 Tbsp Fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Rubbed sage (dry)
½ cup OPTIONAL: Dried cranberries
½ tsp Red (cayenne) pepper
Preparation
1.  Combine all ingredients (except optional dried cranberries) and stir well to coat
2.  Spread on shallow baking sheet (again, except dried cranberries)
3.  Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
4.  Cool
5.  Optional: Add 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
