Homemade Brownies
The ultimate recipe for brownies! They're fudgy, moist, and super chocolaty, with perfect crispy edges.

Ingredients
1 ½ cupsGranulated sugar
¾ cupAll-purpose flour
⅔ cupCocoa powder
½ cupPowdered sugar
½ cupSemi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ tspSalt
2 largeEggs
½ cupCooking oil (peanut, avocado, corn, canola, etc.)
2 TbspWater
¾ tspVanilla extract
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Lightly butter or grease an 8x8 baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl , combine the granulated sugar (1 ½ cups), all-purpose flour (¾ cup), cocoa powder (⅔ cup), powdered sugar (½ cup), chocolate chips (½ cup), and salt (¾ tsp).
4. In a large bowl , whisk together the eggs (2), oil (½ cup), water (2 Tbsp), and vanilla extract (¾ tsp).
5. Add the dry mixture to the large bowl , and combine until there's no dry ingredients remaining.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use your spoon to level the top.
7. Bake for 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out wet, continue cooking for a few minutes longer.
