Hibachi-Style Ginger Dressing
Delicious and fresh tasting, with no added sugar. Great in a buddah bowl or with shrimp, steak, or chicken.

Ingredients
3 TbspSweet onion, chopped roughly
¼ cupPeanut or other neutral oil
3 TbspSeasoned rice vinegar
1 TbspSoy sauce
½ TbspSugar
1 ½ TbspFresh ginger, chopped small
dashBlack pepper
½ cupGrated carrot
Preparation
1. Combine sweet onion (3 Tbsp), peanut oil (¼ cup), seasoned rice vinegar (3 Tbsp), soy sauce (1 Tbsp), sugar (½ Tbsp), fresh ginger (1 ½ Tbsp), black pepper (dash), and grated carrot (½ cup) in a food processor or blender .
2. Process or blend until smooth.
3. Serve the dressing.
