Ingredients
4 oz Cream cheese, softened
8 oz Good quality sour cream
1 tsp Lemon juice concentrate or fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Dried chives
Preparation
1. Mix the cream cheese (4 oz), sour cream (8 oz), lemon juice concentrate (1 tsp), onion powder (½ tsp), and salt (½ tsp) thoroughly with a hand mixer.
2. Stir in the dried chives (2 tbsp).
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
