| 1 cup | Mayonnaise (Original recipe calls for Duke's) |
| ⅓ cup | apple cider vinegar |
| 1 | Juice of large lemon |
| 2 Tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| ¼ tsp | granulated garlic |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 ½ tsp | prepared horseradish |
| 1 tsp | ground mustard powder |
| ¼ tsp | paprika |
| ¼ tsp | ground cayenne pepper |
| ½ tsp | white sugar |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| to taste | black pepper to taste |
| 1. In a medium bowl , whisk together all ingredients to combine. |
| 2. Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight, until ready to serve. |
| 3. Pour over grilled or smoked chicken or use as a dip or dressing. |
